Am I overreacting?

Dad was working as an entry level electrician and quit to work full time at his second job as an assistant manager at a restaurant because the money was better and he hated being an electrician. He works most nights during the week and he does work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Mom (myself) works as a project manager. We live in Jersey and I work central time but mon-fri. There are times when I need to work later. We have a 2 year old daughter.

I’m often stressed because I do everything.
- bathe our child
- Nighttime duties with our child
- Cooking duties
- Cleanup duties (dishes, sweeping, mopping)
- Grocery shopping
- Take out the trash, recyclables and to the curb for pick up
- New early morning activities for our daughter before I start my work day.

I sometimes am resentful. My partner pays the big bulk of our rent but I take care of the remaining balance, utilities, groceries and small items like clothes for our daughter too. I also have a car payment, insurance, photo bill and streaming services. He doesn’t pay for his own phone, he’s under his dad’s plan, and he pays his health insurance out of pocket. He pays maybe just for Apple Music and that’s it. He does have a credit payment and small financial aid payment from his trade school. When he is home, he is always on his phone when he’s home, playing video games, watching tv and not even really interacting with our daughter. I have never seen him on the floor just playing with her. He will help with laundry but that’s only if HE needs clothes. He won’t put the clothes up either they will sit in baskets until I put them away or at all. If he does dishes, he will put the wet ones on the dry ones- he won’t unload the he dry ones.

Thankfully our daughter is about to start at a Montessori school. She was usually at home with me and my workload is becoming too much. I don’t know how we are going to afford it but we need the help.

I just want to know if I’m overreacting by being annoyed?
