Any mods or options for auto design?

So wheb it comes to divisions its not too bad. I dont like to manage them but its something I can wrap my head around.

But when it comes to designing the tanks, the planes, and the boats its just not fun for me. Upgrades come out requiring i change thungs, there are so many options idk whats good or bad. I just dont want to deal with that part of the game really so wondering if there is a way to put it on autopilot or aomething
