PSI vs Fortrea – Honest Reviews

Hi everyone! I’m looking for honest feedback from anyone who has worked at PSI or Fortrea, especially in Study Start-Up/Site Activation/Regulatory. How are the work culture, work-life balance, workload, management, career growth, salary hikes, learning opportunities, and job security? Also, is the work interesting, and are there any employment/loyalty bonds or other things you wish you had known before joining? I’d really appreciate genuine experiences. Thanks!
