I built two Notion templates for consultants and freelancers and listed them for sale — here’s what the process looked like

I've been in consulting for years and spent way too much time managing clients across spreadsheets, email folders, and sticky notes.

So I built something to fix it.

Over the past 6 weeks I built two Notion templates:

  1. Consulting OS — for independent consultants managing multiple clients and projects
  2. Freelancer OS — same concept but for freelancers, with a leads pipeline added

Both include a client CRM, project/job tracker, task manager, meeting notes, deliverables tracker, invoice tracker, and a client portal you can share directly with clients.

The build process was interesting — Notion has real limitations as a dashboard tool but the database and relation system is genuinely powerful once you understand it.

Listed both on Gumroad and Etsy at £29. Happy to share the links if anyone's interested or answer questions about the build process.

Also open to honest feedback — what would make you buy or not buy something like this?
