Maharashtrian students in other States: Which State/city is safe for girls + has good rooms + full scholarship without income certificate ?

Hi everyone, I’m a girl from Maharashtra and I urgently need to move out of home.

Had a big fight with mom and brother. They told me to "go die" and my mom is blaming me for everything. I can’t stay here anymore.

I want to pursue my Masters, but my dad’s income is high on paper so I won’t get any income-based scholarship and my parents are not going to pay for my education.

I’m asking fellow Maharashtrian students who are living in other states:

1. Safety: Which state/city feels safest for girls living alone? Good law & order, safe to travel at night.

2. Accommodation: Which cities have good PGs/hostels with separate bathroom AND separate washroom style? I really need privacy. Budget friendly if possible.

3. Scholarships: Are there ANY full scholarships for Masters that DO NOT need income certificate? Merit-based, women-only, or university scholarships are fine. I can’t provide income proof.

I’m open to any state - Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, etc.

Course: Computer Science/IT preferred but open to suggestions.

If you’ve managed to fund your education and living on your own without family support, please tell me how. Any college names, scholarship names, PG areas that are safe for girls will help so much.

I’m ready to work part-time too. Just need a starting point.
