Issues with Azure Policies + Win VMs

Has anyone had any issues getting policies to execute run commands against Windows VM’s (both server and desktop) lately? Seems all ours have suddenly decided to not do anything what so ever. A manual remediation picks up all the Windows machines and everything runs spot on. Not seeing the same issue with Linux machines.
