Clicks is demonstrating extremely untrustworthy business behavior and systematically misleading its Chinese customers.

The pre-ordered Power Keyboard has been delayed repeatedly for more than half a year. When Chinese users paid in full upfront, the company gave zero prior warning about potential 3C certification shipping restrictions.

Now Clicks arbitrarily suspends all shipments to China and forces customers to accept refunds. This practice is essentially using global customers’ prepaid money as interest-free capital loans for the company’s own operation, which is extremely unethical and deceptive.

Furthermore, the newly launched Clicks Communicator also shows serious product flaws and false marketing.

The brand only released a conceptual blueprint for a long time, with no real device demonstration at all. It only rushed out a makeshift prototype for display at the last minute. Worse still, core functions such as trackpad support were copied and added urgently after competitors like Unihenzi launched similar features.

The product was poorly planned from the beginning with no mature technical verification. Its rushed iteration and patchwork functions prove that mass production will face huge instability risks.

Clicks prioritizes exaggerated marketing over real product development. It deceives early supporters by hyping uncertain products and illegally occupying users’ funds long-term.

Chinese users will no longer trust this irresponsible and dishonest brand.
