ID confirmation/ disqualified

My case has been pending for almost 2 months due to having to verify my ID. I sent documents about two weeks after applying and they were never received, I got a letter saying I was disqualified and I eventually sent the same documents again via priority to ensure they got there. It’s been about 2 weeks since they’ve confirmed that they gotten the docs but each time I call it’s a different story?! The rep I got today said since I have been disqualified the documents won’t matter and that he couldn’t even see them which is weird because I called this passed week and they saw the docs in the system ? I asked to be transferred and the other rep said documents WERE there and just waiting to be processed. I’m super frustrated and annoyed with EDD. Does anyone know if I have to do anything about an appeal or it’ll fall into place once the docs have been processed and verified ??
