How do these Nepali tour and travel (holiday) companies handle the monetary side of client transactions, such as booking hotels, arranging guides and transportation, and paying for itinerary components? What's the procedure for making a payment to the agent?

For flight bookings, I heard they use Sasto Tickets, something like that site.
