Info about a death?

On July 29, I was leaving my office near UW Hospital (clinics entrance, not the ER entrance) and some campus police cruisers pulled up to block traffic into the parking ramp. The next day we got an email from the medical school that there was “an incident involving a deceased individual next to the parking ramp.” What the hell does that even mean?? Some people are speculating that someone jumped from the ramp. I know it’s not appropriate to try to find out the circumstances around a death like that, but earlier that week I saw a guy who hangs out pretty regularly in the public spaces in my building behaving weirdly (like, arguing with himself out loud) and I haven’t seen him since. Just wondering if the 2 things are related. Where would I even find info about a person who jumped, if that’s even what happened? Thanks!
