Which is worse to deal with dive or poke?

Me and some friends were talking about which is worse to deal with and I’m just genuinely curious about other people’s opinions on which is worse to go up against. I’m of the belief that poke is more manageable to deal with because i can just use cover and break line of sight myself and not have to rely on my whole team to get a venom off me. Keep in mind we aren’t the highest ranked players we’re only plat, I’m a healer main and my other friends main tank but I’m just curious on the overall opinions
