Whenever I sit down to work or study, my mind never refuses. It just whispers: "5 minutes of reels first" or "Let's make a fresh start from Monday."

Then I asked myself: Who told me that 5 minutes later or Monday is the right time?

I realized I’ve been blindly following this pattern without ever questioning it. It tricks me into feeling I’ll act in the future, while silently killing my action right now.

Postponing isn't delay—it's just a disguised 'No'.

Now, the second my mind says "later," I catch the trick and force myself to start right that instant—even if just for two minutes to break the inertia.

How often do you catch your mind playing this same game?

For this, we have to ask: Is the mind really doing all this stuff on its own?

We always blame the mind or its intelligence, but the problem isn't there. The mind actually does nothing wrong on its own—it's purely functional and just processes whatever input it gets. The real magic is that it only follows what the ego feeds it. Without understanding the ego, we can't solve anything.

So next time this happens to you, who are you going to blame—the mind or the ego? And is blaming even the solution, or do we actually need to observe and understand it?

"The mind doesn’t say no. It says later." Realized how deeply we're trapped in this loop.
