Locust Grove is a mess

I went to Locust Grove recently and was surprised to find the gallery closed and the grounds a mess. Digging further, I found a group on fb & ig called Save Locust Grove. They’re shining a spotlight on mismanagement, board shenanigans, loss of employees/volunteers and more. I recommend looking them up if you’d like more info about the dubious state of Locust Grove Historic Site in Poughkeepsie. It’s a shame to see it let go so badly
