EES First Timer

Hi! I am flying into FRA from the US (as non EU citizen) and then from there taking a train to Paris. My flight is scheduled to land at 5:30AM and then I would need to pass through EES and then head to the train station. I’m trying to book my train ticket, but am looking for opinions on how much time should I allow to get to the train station. This will be my first time using the new EES system.

My options are 8:53am and 11:01am for trains. Is 8:53 a safe bet or should I add more wiggle room in case I’m in immigration for 3 hours?
