In person interview at Japanese Bank - NYC office any notable things I should either do, or avoid doing as per the culture?

Coming from one international bank at their New York office. Used to working with Xpats.

Interviewing for a VP position in Mid Office. First round went well.

Is there anything notable about Japanese culture in the work place that should either be avoided or done specifically?
