every road I helped led somewhere
\[M27\]
I didn't think I'd be making a post like this, but here we are.
I'm a civil engineer and I've spent the past few years working on road and highway infrastructure projects in consulting and site inspection roles. Most recently I've been handling responsibilities as a project coordinator, which has taught me a lot about managing deadlines, coordinating with different engineering teams, communicating with clients, and keeping projects moving even when things get messy (a lot). I started out thinking technical skills would be enough. Over time I realized that a huge part of the job is solving problems with people, contractors, clients, and teammates, while still making sure the drawings, calculations, and deliverables are correct.
I have experience with highway design workflows, field supervision, technical documentation, and I'm familiar with Bina Marga standards. I'm comfortable supporting design teams, coordinating project work, and learning new tools quickly when a project demands it.
If anyone here knows of openings, is hiring, or simply wants to connect, I'd genuinely appreciate it. I can send my CV/resume and portfolio privately.
uhh, thanks anyway.
