Dressing after ACDF

I’m getting ready to pack my bag for a hospital stay with ACDF surgery. Their list says “ loose clothing” and shorts. What do the voices with experience have to share?

So, will I be able to put on a very loose Tshirt or will I need a front opening (zip hoodie or button shirt)? And being female, how about a bra?
