Property outlook for Albertinia

Considering buying in Albertinia for retiring parents.

Can anyone comment on:

• current property trends
• expected development in Albertinia
• and whether Albertinia is a solid long‑term investment vs nearby towns (Stilbaai, Riversdale, Mossel Bay)?

Looking for practical, on‑the‑ground insight.
