MultiCare/Virginia Mason/Swedish Referral Program

I am having difficulty transitioning due to lack of healthcare experience (marketing/administration background) on my resume to a Emergency Tech/medical assistant role but meet education requirements, would anyone who works at Multicare or Virginia Mason be willing to be put down as a reference on an app?
