Tracking Spreadsheet

Hi everyone! I used to play Pokemon Sleep back when it first came out and then dropped off for a long time. Recently I have been getting back into it again and have been using a lot of the information found here to help me through relearning how some things work. So thanks for that! I have been looking at using the sleep specialist checklist that I think was designed by Ghost if I remember correctly. I understand most of it after looking around. My questions are: how do I determine speed and trigger? Is the "Ing Finders" dropdown just to track how many Pokemon I have for that specific ingredient/ingredient configuration? And is the "unlocked subs" just checked when I unlock all sub skills for that specific helper Pokemon? I know spreadsheets obviously have some leeway for how exactly you want to use them, and can be changed but I like how it is setup and would like to use it as is.
