Credly Transfer Issues

Is anyone else having issues transferring credits in via Credly?

I've been attempting to transfer in Sophia Learning and Study.com credits, and they are repeatedly being denied due to not having registrar signatures or school seals.

Most of them I've been able to get approved after a few attempts, but I'm legitimately unsure as to what's going on in the background they is preventing them from going through smoothly.

On the submitted Credly transcript, they all have their ACE certified badge. All are on the approved transfer lists, and I've been including additional documents highlighting which classes they transfer into at UoPeople.

Just trying to find out if there's a step to the process that I'm missing. It's been very frustrating.
