Driving lessons for experienced US driver?

I've been driving in the US for 20 years but trying to get my UK license. I just passed my theory test and would like a good school for a few lessons to ensure I'm ready for my practical (which I've booked for January). Would also need access to a car to take the test which I know many school offer as part of their package, but would love to hear how others handle this. (I'm an automatic transition driver)
