[EUW] LF duo or group for ranked (germans)

I'm (main support) looking for one or more people to play ranked for the 15 wins (victorious skin).
Either flex or duoq is possible - although I only played flex this year. Therefore my soloq rank dropped to high gold, while my flex mmr is high emerald/low dia.

My requirements are: don't be higher than low Dia, because of the rule = the higher the rank, the worse the character / ego problems. I don't want to play with """challengers""" who die once, blame it on the team and then go afk because they see themselves as the best league player in the world and it's never their fault and jaddah jaddah you know what I mean ^^ BUT at least be PLATIN.
If you're a chill player, know that mistakes happen and are willing to keep playing and still have fun while trying you're good. Also don't type shit in the chat / flame / spam ping.

I only play ranked for the skin and I don't really enjoy playing ranked - I kinda force me to it and its easier if I have another (or more) person/s around.

VC is only possible if you speak german FLUENTLY. Also I am not talkactive during games and want to keep it quiet to focus.
(I'm in my 30s if that matters)
