April Kepner would've been the best chief of surgery

She was really organized and good all the admin stuff and no matter who the chief is they're always complaining about how being chief is just loads of admin

Even though no-one really listened to her when she was chief resident, by the time she was in the army or running trauma she was a good boss and people didn't argue with her

Also she was able to put her personal beliefs aside for patients and be unbiased
