Chances of getting Sector VA/ Sector NC out of MST A school

Was wondering about the likelihood of having either of those units fresh out of A. I understand that there’s many factors involved in the detailer’s decision with class performance being priority. From my understanding, most billets are based on the gulf coast for MST3, but I feel as though Portsmouth, VA and Atlantic Beach, NC wouldn’t be at the top of most people’s lists
