Teval the balanced scale

Hey guys, I’d like to build a new deck featuring Teval the balanced scale as commander. I’m pretty new to deck building and I’m looking for help or suggestions. My plan would be to mill and play more lands per turn from the graveyard, using those lands for some landfall triggers, go wide and use some draining in case I wouldn’t have enough sheer power to overcome my opponent.

Currently this is what I got up to, never mind the lands, I just placed basics to fill up the gap but of course I’d use different lands😂.
