Need some advice.

Newly licensed P&C resident adjuster in GA with ~3 years contractor residential and commercial experience as a Senior PM and Sales Manager.

I am currently a contractor and would ideally continue to do so while utilizing my license. I understand that IA is the obvious route but, want any advice on the current state of the IA industry in GA? How consistent is the work? What’s changing that I should be aware of? Would it be better for me to seek a staff position instead?
