I'm finally able to talk to my therapist about my sister
My older sister has BPD traits and lives with our parents. When I'm away at uni, we're very low contact, so I never remember to bring her behavior up during therapy sessions. When I'm home, she's almost always home too during my sessions, and our rooms are side by side. I've never talked about her then because I'm worried about her reaction if she over hears me.
Finally, two weeks in a row, I've been able to open up to my therapist about the family dynamics and her BPD traits without worrying about her overhearing. It feels like such a weight off my shoulders.
