Symptom of Endometriosis?

This is very TMI but does anyone else have cramps when they have to poop? It’s like period cramps but also cramps in other areas too. I also have to pee constantly as well. I do have other symptoms but this is just something that I noticed is still happening on the birth control.

My gynecologist thinks I may have endometriosis but she said surgery isn’t necessary. She just gave me birth control. I pray it helps soon.
