Hand eczema and treatment?

I don’t know that this is for sure eczema, but I suspect it might be. Has anyone else dealt with something like this, and if so, what helped?

The skin on my finger is very dry, red, flaky, and peeling, with some areas that look almost cracked or raw. The affected skin is mostly along the sides and top of my finger, extending toward the fingertip. It sometimes gets itchy and can also be painful/tender, especially when the skin is really dry or peeling.

I’ve been using Aquaphor, moisturizers, and various creams, but it keeps coming back. I can get it to improve temporarily, but it never seems to fully go away. It’s driving me nuts. 😩

Has anyone experienced something similar? What ended up helping you?
