Priority Spouse Visa: Day 31 Escalated (No NSF). How long after escalation?

Applied for Priority Spouse Visa and today is Working Day 31 with no NSF or delay emails received. Called paid helpline today to escalate, and the agent suggested my case might have been overlooked.

Has anyone experienced this, and how long after escalation did you receive your decision? Thanks!
