Premiumize Not Connecting to AIOstreams

I had an AIOstream configuration setup for torbox but since I have switched services to premiumize I updated the configuration to remove torbox and add premiumize. I have added the api key for premiumize in AIO instance and dragged it to the top of the list. I have uninstalled the old instance and installed the new one with premiumize but when I select a file to play I get this error message "Connection expired. Your debrid account needs reconnecting. Re-open the add on configuration to sign in again."

Do I need to just create a new AIOstream instance? I have switched from real debrid to torbox using this current AIOstream instance and had no issue but moving from torbox to premiumize is giving me this issue and I am not sure what to do to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
