📢 Help shape the future of Tysons! Join virtual community meetings August 26 & 27 to get updates and share feedback on the Tysons Office Designated Areas Planning Study.

This planning study reviews long-range Comprehensive Plan guidance for key office-designated areas across Tysons—including the MITRE campus and parcels along the Capital Beltway, Dulles Toll Road, and south of Old Courthouse Road. Staff are evaluating potential recommendations for a broader mix of uses, including residential and mixed-use development, alongside updated guidance for transportation, parks, environmental sustainability, and urban design.
