NP Retirement jobs

I’m a ob/gyn NP. I have >15yrs of experience and am somewhat burnt out of the medical field administration pressure. I work part time (by choice) for a large medical company. I’m trying to figure out some side hustles/ prepare for post- retirement work in about 8-10 yrs. I still love my patients and the ob/gyn practice, but I’m over how medicine is currently all about making massive companies more money and decreasing patient care time. Any suggestions on possible avenues post retirement?
