Seeking climbing partner/team

I'm 32M with 4 young kids. I'm from the East Coast, USA and have climbed in the White mountains of NH. Summited mt. Washington in all 4 seasons and have soloed it in Winter (60-70mph winds with wind chill of -30). Longest day was 16 miles with 5k feet of vert.

I want to climb out west, Oregon, Washington, California and would like to find a climbing partner or join a team who can use another member.

Want to climb Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, Mt. Shuksan, mt. Elbert, Mt. St. Helen's (winter), mt. Baker, Mt. Whitney, Mt. Shasta, mt. Jefferson, winter ascents of Colorado 13 & 14er's. I also have plans to take a glacier travel/crevasse rescue course this winter.
