Why do ppl favour Lune over Sciel?

Like I get some points... but lets pretend we don't know anyones backstory for a second 👀

Before you read my take on why I am so confused, please tell me WHY you prefered Lune over Sciel before knowing their backstories. Because in some polls she gets like 70% of votes which is crazy to me...

Based purely on appearance and character...

And I know I will get a lot of hate but PLEASE stay with me and try and explain:

I do not find Lune attractive physically... okay... preference...
but also her character... it is so cold... distant... focused...
Meanwhile you have Sciel who is playful, wise, warm and funny... as well as flirty...

Maybe its because Lunes character reflects my own too much so I don't feel attracted but... I just don't see what ppl see in her.
I love her character. She is absolutely beautifully written. But not as a potential best girl... at least in my opinion.
