Chest pain, palpitations, nauseas and sadness after a month I stopped

Hi. I stopped fapping around 1 m ago and have been feeling all those symptoms. Before quitting I was doing it even 20 times a day on ocassions, it was a compulsive behavior. I feel all my anxiety has come back and now has nowhere to go even though I exercise 5 times a week. Do u guys think it is related to withdrawal?
