Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16IRX9 error code 43 on RTX 4060

Hello, this happened a couple days ago while I was gaming. Game crashed so I restarted the game and noticed a significant fps loss. I checked device manager and the fps loss was due to the laptop using the integrated graphics card instead of my discrete graphics card (NVIDIA RTX 4060) which now has an error 43. Moderate use on the laptop and only about 2 years old. No damages or drops.

Here's what I have tried so far:

- Uninstalled with DDU in safe mode

- Forcing discrete only mode in bios

- Full power reset

- Update bios and system

- Clean reinstall lenovo graphics driver

- When running a hardware scan through lenovo vantage it doesn't see the rtx 4060 (N/A)

Does anyone have any suggestions?
