Help with Thane Devotions Please

I'm currently level 30 with a Thane that I think I'm going to go with a leap blitz build because I'm finding zooming everywhere to be fun af but I have never been great with devotion routing and deciding to go defense vs damage. Also I'm unsure about going werewolf vs onslaught for this since its not dual wield. Any tips would be appreciated.
