Looking for a good spot to launch model rockets

Hi there,

We are newer to the area and looking for recommendations to launch model rockets. It would need to be a wide open space away from the airport and hazards like water or overhead power lines. A space not near homes where if the rocket drifted a bit in the winds coming down, we could easily retrieve without asking permission to enter fenced off areas of reach it off of roof tops.

We live more south east Regina and closer would be more preferred, but Any recommendations are welcome. (I am sure others may benefit from this info too).
