Would be alright to include writing fanfiction for the ABS as an extra-curricular entry [not as the main entry of course]

I've been working on a fanfiction in my free time over the past almost 2 years [it's nothing weird and no romance, it's just like a light-hearted family/comedy story, and I don't make any money off of it, it's free to read],

it's helped me develop skills like writing, time-management, editing, critical thinking, etc., and it's been doing really well [over 200 pages and over 30,000 views].

I feel like it definitely helps to show my personality outside of research/school [want to one day publish my own original stories as a side career alongside pursuing med].

The only thing is, should I explicitly say it's fanfiction, or just list it as a webnovel? I'm not sure if med school admissions committees would look down upon it or not, and thank you in advance for the help!
