What can I do

Hi! I’ve never posted before but I need advice. I’m going into drama school and part of my kit list in a leotard, I’m a male performer, never had to buy one before. I found a few that are nice, but when I look at the sizing, there’s nothing that would fit me. In most cases, my chest fits a Large or XL, my waist is too big for any of the sizes they offer and my hips are a medium. Genuinely feel like I’m spiralling cause there’s no way around it, I feel like there’s so many more options for women’s body types but with men I literally can’t find a single one wearing a Leo that isn’t either very muscular or on the much slimmer side. So, what can I do
