What hobby can I develop related to F1?

I love this subreddit and would like to seek genuine advice. I don't really have any hobbies as such and struggle with ADHD. I love watching F1 (and cricket) and reading the interesting discussions here on Reddit. **What hobbies can I develop revolving around F1 that are cheap and would help relax/ refresh my mind?**

Please note Go Karting would be too expensive for me. I would prefer smthng with lesser physical requirements.
