Books not Delivered yet

I have Registered on July 2026 session and as of today it has been 2 months. 1 months prior to today I wrote an Email to MPDD They Responded that I need to get it from my regional center, so I wrote another Mail to Regional center they haven't Responded yet it's been 3-4 days they haven't Responded to My Mail Yet. So, should I reach my regional center or should wait? If I should reach my regional center, then what things I must carry like my ID card and my Adhar card etc. what should i carry and reach the RC, please guide me what should i do now it has been 2 months, also i am enrolled in 2 programs one is Bachelor and another is a Certificate Course.
