Subscription not loading

Is there a known issue where the subscriptions on chrome don’t load? Few weeks now it only loaded a few lines of videos in my subscriptions tab. Now it loads nothing. Also same on my iPhone YouTube app, only loads a few videos. I’ve tried a different browser, cleared cookies, incognito etc. anyone else having this issue in the U.K.? Also have YouTube premium if that’s relevant?
