Used vial contents safe after a year of opening?

I’ve been off Test E for almost a year. I quit my last cycle short ”mid vial” so to speak.
So I’ve got about 70% left in the vial I opened during my last cycle.

I’ve always used new needles and pump. The liquid inside the vial looks clear, nothing out of the ordinary but wondering if it would still be safe to use?

Has been stored in a cool dark place. Not the fridge though.
