SSF EK Charlatan Advice

Hi Guys

I was hoping to get some additional advice on EK Charlatan builds, from what i can find there isn't many guides out so I purely use poe ninja and Frankenstein my builds together generally from other people who are playing the same builds.

However this one has me stumped, I know it is meant to be squishy pre buffs, i know the damage sucks pre buffs however my gripe is some maps i can't even kill bosses, usually save them for last.

Ideally i just want to use this build to ape down city squares and under the sea tiles and i'll use another character for anything boss related.

Maybe my jewels suck or the jewels within jewels or potentially some gearing options can be explored

I am in SSF So any suggestion i'll probably have to farm out but happy to listen as i want this to work so badly, lower tier maps it felt a dream but i'm hunting anomaly's and it's below par right now.
