Anyone experienced requesting a store transfer / warehouse delivery at DataBlitz

I'm planning to get a laptop from DataBlitz, but the unit isn't physically available on the floor at the SM Bataan branch.

Before I drop by, has anyone here tried asking for a store transfer / warehouse request specifically at DataBlitz SM Bataan?

Just want to ask:

1. Have you experienced ordering an out-of-stock item through them for branch pickup?
2. How long did it take for the unit to arrive at the SM Bataan branch?
3. Did they require a reservation deposit to place the order?
