Do DC & Marvel have a female villain who is consistently a universe wide threat like Darkseid, Galactus, Thanos etc?

I’m trying to think how many times a female villain united the whole universe to fight against her, and I can only come up with Perpetua, which was limited to the Death Metal event. Or the upcoming Queen in Black event with Hela as the big bad. But I can’t think of an omega level female villain who’s a CONSISTENT universe-wide threat the way that Darkseid is.
