My wife's Irish steam account just got a steam machine purchase link, but we live in Norway. What to do?

Hey everyone, my wife was able to reserve a steam machine since her account is regsistered as being in Ireland. She has only ever used that account for one thing: Buying a steam Deck in Februrary 2024 as a present for me. Now we are married and live in Norway. Her Irish bank account no longer works though. We are not sure what to do. We know a guy in Germany who could buy this for us but we are worried about the side effects of switching from Ireland to Germany when trying to buy the steam machine via this friend's German credit card. Anyone have any advice? We don't know anyone in Ireland who could use the account to purchase it for us.
